Slightly buttery in Magnum format — 2 months ago
Rose petals, cherry, a bit of oak and some hay. It's been opened yesterday night, 2 glasses were taken from it and stored at room temperature with the cork screwd back on. The palate is showing gloriously right now : a radiant ripe, sweet cherry note, a strong acid backbone, some width, a silky mouthfeel, some oak notes. Some tannins kick things up in the rear before a very nice and fresh finish with cherry, again some oaky notes and that hay thing. So all three prior tasting were missing the point. This needs air (and to be served below room temperature but it's 30°C outside right now here) — a year ago

Slight floral hints, with a salinity to the discrete nose that we also find on the delicious and elegant palate, the wine has such nice acidity that is so well balanced with the pure, clean fruit and precise flavours. Gorgeous as always with wines made by Fabien Moreau.
Nez salin, marin voire, un petit peu floral. Une bouche avec une telle classe et finesse, superbe, minéral, élégant malgré cette tension appuyée mais tellement bien dosée. 92-93
