Le Traversier Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2019

White Rhône Blend of Grenache Blanc (60%), Roussanne (20%), Clairette (10%) and Bourboulac (10%). Bold and Intense White CDP. Light straw gold color. Bold aromas of white flowers, fresh herbs and minerals. Fruit (green melon and pear) is more noticeable on the pallet along with hints of almonds, lemon pith and honey. Medium plus body and slightly creamy texture with some bitterness on the finish. Better the second day. — 4 months ago

Easy to indulge. Didn't complicate the palate. Was an evening delight! Producer on par with Demeter, so that get's my 2 thumb's way up! — 2 years ago

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red Rhone Blend 2007

In a really good place. Plummy fruit and a layer of garrigue. Soft acids, long finish and outstanding QPR at the $27 I spent a long time ago! — 4 years ago
