Perfectly balanced. Fruity, well-suspended sediment gives this wine a gentle pepper. Sweet finish. Delightful in every way. Got it for €99 at a restaurant. Lots of wines are marketed at that price point. Few are worth it. This one is worth it and then some. A wonderful experience. 94 points. — 4 years ago
Strawberry and a little watermelon, nice weight through the middle with a refreshingly tart finish, very good with salmon and bluefin nigiri. — 2 years ago
Fresh, toasty, strawberries. Fine bubbles and good acidity. Exactly what I want from a straightforward, delicious sparkling rosé. Bought from Martin Wine Cellar. — 2 years ago

Nose has plum peel, ripe crushed raspberry, dehydrated strawberry, cold hotel biscuits, fresh almonds and distant dried grapefruit rind.
Palate has dried raspberries, ripe red currant, dried tangerine, dried strawberries and moist chalk with medium finish.
We have all sorts of odd bottles in our cellar, many single, experimental iterations such a this. Not in the least disappointed for this showing today.
