Classic oyster shell and minerality, vibrant. — 7 months ago
What an unexpected gem. At first whiff, there’s oyster shells and ripe citrus. Pears and melon with ocean spray. Apricots and streaks of honey. Occasionally these Muscadet wines can be a tad boring or uninteresting so I really appreciate that this one announces itself right out of the gate.
This appears to be light and breezy at first but then displays a richer body. Very saline and a load of minerality, especially for a Melon de Bourgogne. Gravely, in a good way. Lemon and brine in the mouth, along with thyme and more oyster shells. Easily one of my favorites of the varietal. — 10 months ago
Lemon, chalk, a creamy thing on the nose too. The palate is acid driven, showing a great lemony touch, a certain creaminess too. The finish is long, creamy, lemony and the mouthfeel is reminiscent of that chalkiness that could be felt on the nose. Easy going but very well done. — 10 months ago

This is the definition of “crisp”, with an almost effervescent taste. Full flavor especially after breathing. Tasted 24 December 2021 — 2 years ago
