Full of fruit and licorice. Strong cranberry flavor and nose, finishing with licorice. An unusual, intense, and interesting wine, it might be too different and strongly flavored for some people. I greatly enjoyed it. A great value for those wine enthusiasts who are looking for something unique. — 3 months ago
Fresh like a sea breeze, with aromas of wet salty pebbles, moss, a bit of shy lemon peel & white flowers.
On the palate this is linear, crisp yet with some weight, mineral & pure.
A bit of yellow stone fruit, some lemon, but most of all the saline minerality.
This has surprising complexity & depth and is a delight! — 6 months ago

Very nicely balanced with full soft tannins giving it nice body. Nice deep, plummy fruit. — 4 years ago
Juan Antonio Ponce stands alone as the leader of the Manchuela DO and the master of the region’s indigenous Bobal grape. Deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruits, spice and earthy notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and plum with some floral spice, cacao and earthy accents. Medium+ finish, fine grainy tannins, ending with fruit and mineral tang. Nice value! — 4 months ago
Transparent garnet. Nose of blackberry, cherry, thyme, rosemary, tomato and olive. A bit of carbonic banana. Spicy and peppery on the palate almost like a Canary Listan negro. But with a little more ripe red fruit. Unique, light, food-friendly wine. — 7 months ago
