Enjoyed with pork tenderloin ($13). Preferred the Beckmen but this is wonderful given the price ($13) — a year ago
In the Nose, it reminds me of fruit roasted in warm brick oven, If that makes! Although the fruit is ripe, it is very understated. Dusty Black fruit dominated with cooking spices. Assertive tannins that work with the bold flavors. Lasting finish. Liked this wine way more than I expected. — 6 months ago
Nice aroma of a little spice and lavender. Fruity berry taste, well balanced. — 8 months ago
Nice Syrah, ($31) but have enjoyed other Syrahs more recently, especially WA Syrahs. May try Beckmen Syrah blend again as may be more value for the money. — 9 months ago
Reviewing the EXP bottling of the PMV Grenache. Ruby red with no oxidation visible. Fruity nose but a bit understated. Leathery red raspberry supple tannins. High alcohol yes but the wine is so rich it Carrie’s the day. Love this varietal especially from the Beckmen’s. Drink or hold for a couple more. — 7 months ago
