Very chemical aroma of wet pebbles and a bushel of hay. Dry grasses and herbs on the palate. Tart zingy finish. We drank it with kale and spinach risotto. The tart citrus cut through the rich buttery risotto beautifully which some of us loved but I found too tart. — 9 months ago
