Passionate Pinot Noir
Stone fruit fruit and yellow pepper with a hint of tomato sweetness and luscious mouth feel and cleanse. Not as crisp as most SavBlanc’s but worked well with Mediterranean meal of Halibut, Shallots, Tomatoes, Garlic and Black Olives.🥂 — 8 days ago
Great Value and is very temperature dependant for flavour spectrum. We preferred flavours at 16C. This wine is not bold in delivery of any of its CDRV characteristics. Nose has light notes of black tea and cellared red beets. The mouth is balanced with subtleties of raspberries, Garrigue/Sage into pencil lead and then closes with breath of rosemary menthol. Definitely going to buy more to have on had for summer red sessions🙂🍷 — 2 months ago
Fantastic Dark Cherry front with sweetness from the skins that introduces a fig roundness, soft leather tannins that transition into a lengthy delicious cracked pepper finish.🤤🍷 — 8 days ago
You immediately smell fresh cut cold Green Apple when first poured and nosed. Has it warms smell transitions to raw honey like in hive combs, sweet but not sugary and the hint of outdoors funk! The body of the fluid is luxurious in mouth.
In tasting this wine is subtle throughout = balanced ....Green Apple, honeydew melon, lemon acidity that flattens out with a warming and bitterness of raw asparagus.
Truly an adventure worth trying on bright sunny day. Enjoyed with homemade cod cakes an d garden salad 🙌🏼🍷 — 2 months ago
Rich smell of dark Cherry, Plum, Bramble, Herbs and slightest oak.
Very well balanced the wine with nose characteristics transitioning to taste with layer of chocolate intersecting between fruits and herbs. Length is satisfying. 🍷 — 2 months ago
Smooth and delicious. Garnet colour and thick legs.
Rose, bramble, herbaceous and light oak.🍷 — 15 days ago
Consumed a while back so many superlatives have come and gone. Certainly it is not similar to the traditional Chardonnay characteristics. It was not buttery or honey like. It had tartness of 🍏Granny Smith , Grape fruit and Lime - minerality didn’t stand out. — a month ago
Consumed over a week ago.
White flowers on nose with front taste of melon, lychee and cleanse of grapefruit. — 2 months ago
Yeah! This was purchased at a weak moment after a long day of sightseeing without wine. The view of the Bay Fundy was spectacular from the winery though. Rhubarb Wine, but in all fairness we should have consumed it within the 6 months of purchase with Chinese food. We didn’t and 1 sip later it tasted great pouring it down the sink...crisp and clean on the pipes😜 #nbwines #winesnobsgetalife — 2 months ago
