Great wine from a boutique NP-VQA winery with linage to old vines. Nose on opening of honeydew melon. Initially a taste of fresh cut Apple 🍏
As it opens the transition is to Meyer Lemons with mid point of white grapefruit & finish of white stone minerality.
The wine body is light with a finish that’s crisp & clean. Cheers🥂 — a month ago
Flavourful & value priced.
The body is rich crimson with medium tannins. On nose black currant with linger of iron. In mouth: Plum, oak and a layer that lingers in finish of mint & cocoa. No cleanse.
House wine option for Malbec varietal?🍷 — 4 months ago
On swirl: Crimson brilliance, medium body, thick legs. On sniff: Oak, blackberries, cellar floor. Decanted 1 hour: This wine has well structured balance & marvellous tastes. Initial features: Strawberry, black currants, granite & lengthy warm finish with pipe smoke characteristics. Tannins were balanced with fatty foods - Strip loin, Crab & clarified butter. As it opened, flavour complexity evolved. The mellow French Oak fittingly underlines its Bordeaux styled back bone.

Quaffabil! Floral, with notes of grasses,
Peach and citrusy limestone minerality that cleanses. — 3 months ago
Very reservedly smooth! Black cherries, graphite, thin French oak underline and finishes with an abbreviated linger of freshly crushed white pepper corns. Enjoy with fatty meats or soft cheese as acidity will cleanse palate. Nothing flashy here simply reserved in all features🍷 3*\5* — 3 months ago
Fantastic wine: Bold, Balanced & Bargain!
On nose: Wild Blueberry & forest floor. On swirl: Medium density, thick legs & solid dark purple.
In mouth: Big dark fruit, saltiness of black licorice with hint of leather, followed by lengthy cocoa finish🍷

First nose has the sweetness of a dish of red hard candy. Front taste is an economical raspberry with notes of cedar, rose petal, menthol & tannic adhesive of Aceto Balsamico di Modena running along the edges of all these layers, but inevitable short in length. #winecollectivechoice #decadentbalsamicvinegar

Good balance & mouth feel in this offering. Tannins mild upon first glasses & grip develops with breathing.
Front Cherry cough syrup, some blackberry hilites with graphite & toasted french oak. Pleasant worth more exploration 😉🍷

“I am not drinking any f#<k*ng Merlot!”
OK go figure, easy drinking wine BUT has surprises. On swirl: rose petal red & thick legs. On nose: Strawberry field near the ocean in time converts to deep Raspberry with hints on baked crumble spices. On taste: Abundance of Strawberry then surprise! Tingling in mouth of cola characteristics followed by hints of oak, leather & ends satisfying length of chocolate syrup. This may sound like a teenager loose in the kitchen but it worked with savoury roast beef🍷 — 4 months ago
