Tengo un amigo chileno (vivió con su familia muchos años en Lima), siempre me trae un vino y rebusca mi bar por un Pisco para llevarse, esta vez trajo este rosé con algo de dulzor, muy bueno para acompañar quesos o con un tartare de atún queda perfecto. Vista: rosado pálido Nariz: aromas frescos, fresas, mandarina, notas de damasco y jazmín. Boca ligero dulzor, se confirma los aromas de boca, persistencia media-alta. Vino color rubí con cuerpo denso y clarificado. Notas de amaderadas, frutos rojos, zarzamora, vainilla, canela. Vino muy bien balanceado, con astringencia y acidez media.
Este vino tiene una alta retención y sin duda cada sorbo invita al siguiente.

Was never too impressed by Santa Barbara Cab, but then there was this. Definitely has a prominent herbal component that won’t be for everyone, but it is well balanced with fruit and tertiary character. Tannins fully resolved leaving a silky and complex wine at peak. — 4 years ago

Deep ruby-purple with jammy blueberry, black cherry, cassis, olive, and bacon with lilac, raisin, herbs and granite. Medium bodied with oodles of ripe fruit and meaty layers. Firm, plush and pleasantly chewy tannins and a wonderful juicy acidity. The finish is long with a nice interplay of savory nuances and lush dense fruit. — 2 years ago
