Showing classic Clos Saron earthy fruit on the pop n pour. Two days later still drinking well, putting on a little more weight with air time. — 9 years ago
This stuff is the jam. First domestic cider I've enjoyed as much as the funky Normandy stuff I normally prefer. Lots of depth and just the barest hint of barnyard funk lurking behind the scenes. Great as it's own thing but it'd also be pretty good bait if you want to lure a friend into other more bretty ciders... — 9 years ago
Started with wet rocks, opened into white flowers, white fruits, a touch of honey. Definitely in its drinking window, but hoping it'll hold on for many more years. — 10 years ago
