It’s a blend of cinsault and merlot from a taste profile point of view but has much more character than both. Velvety, light, balanced between acid and fruit. Damn delicious with cured meats.

Lovely. Unusual. Still a little riper than I dig; underdelivers on the savory. I think I held on a little too long.

In situ. "A blending grape." Smells just like angel food cake.

Feels like something between Barbera and Temperanillo. High acid, bracing tannins, structured fruit, great wine.
