Concentrated and rich. Blackberry, cassis and spice - also plenty of Coonawarra mint. 2021 one of the best vintages In Coonawarra in recent memory. Barb and I did the 2021 vintage in Coonawarra at Bellwether. This Yalumba Sanctum - I don’t think I’ve had a higher awarded wine for only $18! 4 Trophies and counting.

Glad we let this age a little bit. Dark crimson. Getting some blueberry and other dark fruits. Hints of vanilla

Plum and blueberry fruit, medium-rich, nice balance, medium-long finish, solid Aussie Coonawarra Cabernet!

Dark crimson color. Flavors of blueberry and chocolate with black currant and spice.

Violet and blueberry aromas, earthy, maybe a little brett(?), but lovely tonight, solid Aussie Cab!!

Blueberry, pepper and spice. Medium body. Very interesting style. A refreshing cabernet sauvignon (only 13.0% Alc.).
