An amazing dessert wine from the last place you'd expect for this style. Yalumba are the masters of Viognier and this wine shows beautifully vibrant peach & apricot fruit with a hint of exotic spice too.

Tropical and stone fruits, plenty of apricot and candle wax. Nice wine, intense mid palate sweetness and quite broad on the palate, bit more acid to perk things up would be nice.

Botrytis. Delicious and heavy. Waxy and coating. This needs fois gras.

Floral and sweet on the nose. Super sweet and syrupy. Slightly bitter on the finish. Can definitely tell that it is a Viognier.

Have this paired with a creamy dessert like panna cotta ... Perfect.

The 224g/l sugar rush may outlive my review of this wine. Fresh, youthful aromas - quince, candied (citrus) peel. The palate is viscous, concentrated, complex and long - dried Apricot and peach characters. Would happily keep 2020+
