Riesling

Nose has that 2021 edge! Sponti aromas. Palate is electric and juicy. Stunning length here. Wow. Concentrated. Awesome.

Thorle 19 Rieslings here we go! Nose has lemon, minerals. Wet earth. Smells like a field. Some mild flowers. Very aromatic and evocative. Palate is excellent. Very pure, crunchy and super clean. Not too long but has a lovely burst of fruit and minerals. Juicy and pretty compact. Terrific for what it is. Sneaky length. After some air this really comes alive and is utterly classic.

Nose of strewn lemons, minerals, limestone, lime rock candy, very clean, and very aromatic. Palate is clean with a hint of fruit, lemon, apricot, stone fruits and uncomplicated. Refreshing. Very very pure.

Lovely nose. Mineral with hints of fruit. Papaya and green apple. Barely ripe. Nice and somewhat perfumed. For a basic wine it is very good. Palate is super dry and fresh with lovely peach and tangerine fruit. Terrific texture. Nose is nice palate is much nicer. If I had a resto this is BTG. Juicy, lean and mineral with a lovely lime sweet start thing throughout.

Lovely mineral. Pungent. Intense. Elegant and stupid good. Lush fruit but nice acidic backbone. Beautiful example of 15. Ripeness + Acid = 😍 3.5 RS

Sweet, ripe fruit.. little bubbly with good acidic background... this was a nice pairing... I have bite of salad with vinaigrette and it's nice and sweet .... another bite of pulled pork with sweet BBQ sauce and it's acidic and fresh... I guess the word is versatile :)

Easy going, slightly sweet with good dose of acidity. A bit characterless though. 6.4/10

Driest Riesling I've ever tasted. Suffered a bit from a lack of food pairing, I think. Slight hint of green apple.
