Interesting how aromas evolved.... started with classic floral aromas, honeydew melon and a bit of cat pee.. and evolved to more straw, ash or that infamous new tennis balls smell! low alcohol ( I disagree with the label), low acid... on the cusp of being called off dry ... high viscosity, greasy with along elegant finish — 8 years ago

Finesse finesse finesse.. subtle nose of dry roses and wet soil... cassis, bitumen and mild lavender and pepper..,and hint of white anchovies and green olives...very silky tannins, medium body but really fills your mouth... and a nice sweet jammy finish — 8 years ago
