Interesting how aromas evolved.... started with classic floral aromas, honeydew melon and a bit of cat pee.. and evolved to more straw, ash or that infamous new tennis balls smell! low alcohol ( I disagree with the label), low acid... on the cusp of being called off dry ... high viscosity, greasy with along elegant finish

Yum! A very nice Chenin blanc. I'm tasting honeydew melon with a nice balanced acidity. Delicious.
