Vertical tasting of William Selyem 2000-2013. One of the best showing glass of the flight. Dark cola nut, dark cherry juice, vanilla, nutmeg, spearmint, pepper. Well balanced.

2008 vintage. Decanted for an hour before tasting. Didn't even know WS was in the Central Coast game in this area at this time period. Beyond decent earthiness. Light-medium body. Hint of menthol. Could successfully stroll out and about distinctively for another 3-4 years.
