Day 1 tasted a bit over extracted in fruit with a lot of rose, but with a good underlying core. 2 days later in the bottle the nose is developing well with rose still present and the mushroom, umami and earth starting to pop with the black pepper spice fading in, ripe raspberry and cassis. Maybe wait another 1-2 years to pop this.

First experience here. Some bottle age, but a long life remains ahead of it. Tons of strawberries. Smooth as silk.
