Phase two brings cinnamon and grilled peach with brown sugar cobbles and scotch bonnet honey. And finally the nose and close converge in satin vanilla, cinnamon, cracked black pepper and ginger. .

Cask strength - a bit much for me - but an impressive Rye, especially as it tastes much more aged than its two years. Willet is a distillery on the rise, so looking forward to tasting others whiskeys from them in time.

This is the 2 year Estate. Powerful and almost overwhelming spice and pepper. Bright and clean, somewhat phenolic, and a great first release.
