Whole Cluster Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Estate Pinot expresses the terroir of 3 vineyards. Deep Ruby color with aromas of red and black fruits and spice, whole cluster pressed, fermented in stainless steel. On the palate flavors of blueberry and cherry with earthy tones, nuts and cacao. Full-bodied, fine tannins, well balanced, medium+ finish ending with fruit and earthy spice notes.

Whole Foods.

Dark garnet color. The nose is full of cherry cola, blueberry and a noticeable “green” aroma. The palate is more mulberry/boysenberry focused with additional touches of black tea, tobacco and wild herbs. No noticeable oak. A definite “stemmy” note on the finish. Medium-plus finish and sturdy tannins. Tongue tingling acidity and mouthfeel. Nice freshness. Part of the North Shore House Wine Pairing Dinner on March 9, 2024.

Great wine!! Easy to sip! Medium body and great for the price!

This drinks well above its price tag. Big beautiful nose, mouthful of ripe fruit with a hint of green stem. This is a beautiful wine, Willamette Valley never disappoints!

Aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry, cherry, vanilla.
Dry. Flavors of blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, cherry, soft vanilla. Berry explosion! Light, supple tannins.
