Grown on limestone and loam. 100% Chardonnay. Refined flowers in smell. Hint of lime in smell, very clear in taste. This is the essence of purity. Belgian gem.

Jun 17th, 2018Quite a surprise this Zilveren Parel from Belgium because it has a lot of the characteristics of Champagne: crisp smell with toast, brioche, granny smith apples, good acidity, very vivid and long aftertaste. Well done!
