This wine is as refreshing as walking barefoot on clean cold marble floors. Pear, lemon zest, ice, slight oak and butter. Light gold, medium velvet and vanilla finish. Great for Sunday’s afternoon and freshly caught fish.

Apple and pear...always there. I love that the 100% French oak didn’t overly influence this wine. Nuanced oak characteristics. A bit of mineral. Good, solid Cali Chard.

Excellent chard. Some fruitiness and pleasant amount of oak.

Day 2. Deep and complex nose: orange rind, lemon oil, ginger, wax, and hints of saffron. Feels rustic, yet new world. Vibrant on the palate, with lemon meringue, honey crisp apple, and citrus juice. Chalk undertones meet firm acid. Medium weight, with persistence on the finish. Felt a little more on the fresh side yesterday. My favorite wine so far in the #garyveewineclub. Drink on Thanksgiving.

Phenomenal Cali Chardonnay; surprisingly Burgundian in style. Brioche, apple, and some lemon zest. Good balance between oak and elegant minerality and solid acidity.

Not normally a white wine drinker, but this one is second to none. Best Chardonnay I've ever had. Like Jen, this wine has legs for days. Nose is sour and fruity at the same time. On the palate, I get apple, lemon zest and the perfect amount of oak.

Pear and apple cider on the nose and tongue. Disappears before it hits your throat. Quick sense of alcohol, no bite. Very smooth. After taste of sun bitten raisans.
