Wow, really intriguing. I have never tried a Shiraz Malbec before. The shiraz element was evident with spice and rich chocolate but the surprise was the Malbec filling the middle pallet with bright acidity and astringency. So layered with typical Wendouree fine tannins. Fabulous.
