Rödelseer Schwanleite Trocken Sylvaner

I have now seen the Sylvaner 💡. What a nose! Deep, stony minerality, lime zest, crisp, just- ripe yellow orchard fruit. Intense but lithe and impeccably balanced. The finish is the most subtle zesty minerality ever. Salivating! Muscadet, but less severe. Sancerre, without the grass. German Riesling, but without the intense fruit.

Yellow fruit over laser-like minerality. Long and intensely flavored.

Such a delicious bottle- great breadth, mineral and juicy.

Grapefruit nose. Perfect on the palate. Sick minerality. A hint of pith. Deep. Really nice. Weltner rocks. Bought from Fass selections.

Surreal nose. Mint. Green vegetable Sylvaner goodness. Super mineral. Wafting and so clean. Palate is precise, clean and opulent and ramps up the complexity on the finish as the acids gain ground and the finish is sneakily persistent. So juicy, clean and long. Wonderful wine.

So mineral almost confusing in its mineral intensity. Vegetables. Palate is intense and concentrated. Long, sappy and palate intensity but also so pure and crispy with a softness and finesse that is very '15!
