Amazing expression of Sauvignon Blanc. One of the best producers I’ve tried for this grape. Lemon zest and meringue on the nose, electric acidity, lime, fresh greens and prickly on the palate. Perfect for Spring. With tofu and green lentil salad, garnet yams and tahini butter. Very good pairing!
Also holds up well on the second day. Mellower acidity, but still fresh and delicious.

Nose is smoke and gooseberry flower.
Palate is mineral, good acid balance. Some herbs. Good precision. Powdery minerality. Infused mountain steam.
