Steinterrassen Kremstal Riesling

Pale lemon with aromas of white flesh fruits, spice and herb notes. On the palate pear, melon and tangy lemon citrus flavors with earthy tones and spice. Well balanced, medium finish ending with lemon zest and slight yeasty notes. Very Nice value.

Not sure if this is the right wine? Dry, but fruity. Lime and tangerine peel, but not super racy. Good value.

Oh so good with duck liver mousse at Gramercy Tavern.

Had this vintage awhile back and it might be shut down: reductive nose, quite tight & angular - all knees & elbows

Don’t drink enough Austrian Riesling - probably because I don’t see it very often. This was dazzling w/greenish hue to a pale straw color w/vivid lemon & lime fruit & their blossoms, and tons of slate & stones. Palate was laser focused, nervy acidity, polished presentation, refreshing bracing and a sweet spot of fruit from the nose before ending bone dry. I might buy a few to lay down

Riesling is not my favourite but nicely put together.

Citrus fruit and peel, a bit restrained, really nice, especially at the price.

Dry green apple a little lemon maybe honeysuckle on the end. It’s 90 degrees in North Carolina and lovingly cool on this hot day!

Very full flavoured. Quite fruity. Enjoyed this a lot. Very good wine. 2016 Handfords £15
