Lots of key lime, melon, pear and subtle tropical notes. The sweetness is rather pulled back. Tremendously well-balanced.

Beautiful fragrant nose, showing some signs of oxidation, but really evolved throughout the night.

2011 Weingut Robert Weil Riesling Kabinett from the Rheingau. Not getting the promised orange sherbet. More light minerals, stones. stones. Not the oily petrol I usually love. I've been hanging on to this for a while. Ok, 30 minutes later, I'm getting the sherbet.
