Rotten eggs on the nose. Once this blows off this turns out to be an excellent and interesting Burgh like Pinot for less money. Terrific aromatics. Cherry, earth, touch crushed marble, hint meyer lemon, some spice, just a hint of all-spice.Only 12.5% yeah!

Eye: unfined/unfiltered, resulting in a vivid ruby-hued cloud
Nose: dark-red fruit mixture, damp tilled earth, mushroom, sweet spice, light floral accents
Palette: dry, medium+ acid, smooth medium tannin, flavors to match the nose, high level of finesse
Overall: this wine had no business being this good, a great Spätburgunder intro for those exploring Pinot Noir outside Burgundy

Fragrant with beautiful red berry compote, a touch of exotic spice, a bit of dust. Literally springs from the glass. Very juicy on the palate, fruit forward but not overly sweet, with just the right tannic grip.
Delicious and highly gluggable.

Sep 30th, 2019Nice Pinot with loads of Brett + some roast characters and earthy undertones. On the palate with quite some substance and a surprising tannic grip. This is more on the powerful side and better with food. Unfiltered.
