Complex as fuck. Creamy peach, mineral, more minerals, periodic table on the nose. Cotton candy thing aromas. Sick nose. Palate is complex, bitter herbs, peach and tangerine flesh/pith. Long finish but still needs air to the flesh out.

What I love about these wines is that you get that stinging pfalz minerality but also delicious fruit that is the hallmark of the rings brothers. Great balancing acidity. Some nice internal aromatics. Awesome with a range of food. Bought from Fass selections.
