Explosive aroma of chamomile, jasmine and stone fruit worth a solid mineral foundation in the palate. When first rated it has a sweet impression because of the massive fruit but the acidity and broad palate quickly confirms the wine is bone dry. Dazzling, delicious and long on the palate. Misses the citrus of a Riesling but amps up the stony minerality.

Heavy duty floral aromatics almost overpower everything... until you have some food, like fatty fish or roast chicken. Then it all snaps into focus - acidity, minerality, citrus and white flowers in a palate refreshing package. Also, literal #unicornwine.
