Dry! Bone dry! Tropical nose 🌴 nose. Much simpler then his GG‘s. This is a village level wine. Dry. Salt & herbs classic Rebholz style Chablis like. Touch 🍏. Mexican lime. A signature wine.

Not an expressive bottle. Drinks better served closer to room temperature. Sour apple, subtle jack fruit nose. Perhaps this is closed down at the moment.
