Bockstein Kabinett Riesling

Fresh and full of ripe apple verging on peachy fruit, and understated minerality. Slightly sweet, lip-smacking finish

Off-dry and YUMMY. 😋

Pretty, refined and lifted- probably the most delicate vintage of Nik’s Bockstein Kabinett I’ve had yet. Great range and depth of flavor and intensely aromatic. Exotic tropical fruit shows up towards the end. Great tension and bracing minerality. I had the pleasure to share a table with Nik Weis last year and taste a few vintages over Burmese cuisine. This is what Mosel wine is all about.

Almost effervescent, decent amount of residual sugar but very light and easy to quaff.

Light Riesling, fairly sweet. Good for summer meal.

Diesel, slightly effervescent upon opening, nice ripping lemony acid.

Kabinett... this was really semi-sweet! Not horrible, but not close to dry/semi-dry. Sugar bomb. If that’s what you are going for, get this!
