Superb balance. Outstanding quality of ripe, round orchard fruit. Full bodied viscosity but not mouth coating. Clean, tart, and mouthwatering acid perfectly in tune with the 7% alc.

Amber color but beautiful balance. Hints of honey and citrus in the nose. Perfect match with some spicy, stir fried chicken and veggies. A bit past its prime but still delicious. Long finish.

Typically not a big Auslese fan but this 2015 hits the mark on all levels. Perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Great with spicy salami. Could be my favorite non-Kabinett Riesling.
