Beautiful aromas of peaches, apricots, citrus, caramelized pears with mild background notes of petrol, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and Granny Smith apples. White peach and apples on the palate.

Typical riesling stone fruits, some honey, citrussy aftertaste. Lively acidity and bursting minerality. A sleeping baby after all - curious to taste again in 10, 20 or maybe 30 years?!

Understated but beautiful minerality. A bit of kerosene and cedar. Yet, fresh with citrus notes and ends on a fleeting moment of smokiness.
