A surprisingly high level of Co2 (at age 7!) made it difficult to evaluate.
I enjoyed it tonight but can I taste it again in 2036, please..??!!

Beautiful aromas of peaches, apricots, citrus, caramelized pears with mild background notes of petrol, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and Granny Smith apples. White peach and apples on the palate.
