The slightest touch of RS worked well with the broad array of savory notes.

Articulate and generous. Nice tension here.

Apple pear and lemon curd lead to jasmine aromatics and artichoke. The palate is the opposite with a solid core of acidity, white pepper poached pear, a Viognier-like mouthfeel and ridiculously long lemon zest and lemon oil citrus and sour apple finish.

Such amazing, nuanced and layered development. Could have used a little zip or more freshness to really ring the bells, tho. Nice with pea and asparagus risotto.
