Sick classic Walter nose. Spice, dried leaves, wet leaves, earthy, moss, damson red and black cherries. Mint. Very fragrant and substantial. Classic 2010 high acidity and backed by richness and such nice freshness. Long and balanced and major fruit and sap. Needs 1 hr to come together then it becomes ethereal and so juicy.

Lovely nose of morello cherries, damson earth, wet leaves and mineral. Nice aged quality. Extremely juicy palate and good material belies its almost too light color. Very leafy palate in a good way with a lovely maturity about it. Lingering spice on the finish. Very Centgrafenberg in that they is good fruit, but stellar complexity. Truly great terroir.

Nose is cherry flowers and licorice. Deep and perfumed.
Palate is so fresh. Bright cherries. Hint of licorice. As it opens this gets this aged burgundy thing. .. then violets.
Killer out of the gate.

Pop and pour. Beautiful transparent ruby red. Earthy nose, morels, a hint of red berries. Great palette to match, balanced tannins and acidity, moderate length finish that makes your want another sip immediately!
This is what I chase with Pinot, awesome bottle, and a screw top! Blew me away.

Delicate. Pure. Classy. I popped and poured and drank with dinner. Next time I will give it some air and probably just drink on its own, given it’s delicate nature. Pretty wine.
