The most open and accessible of Stefan’s 5 21 Kabinetts.

A beauty, sweet attack, good body and balanced acidity. Elderflower, broom, lime

Nose: Almost deep green apple. Very dense. Powdered slate.

Palate: Dense. More crunchy rocks. Dense green apple. Big acidity. Really crunchy acids.

Almost a classic mosel Riesling amped up to an 11.
