Mineralschiefer Trocken Riesling
Very fresh & very mineral on the nose - with warm stones, flint, the scent you get when the first raindrops hit a warm pavement. On the palate this is taut, pure, linear, impeccably balanced with juicy lemony acidity and flinty minerality. plus a touch of sweet peach way in the background. 2019 really hits the sweet spot!

Mar 7th, 2021Found this at the groccers for 10 euro. Great find. Tropical fruits , caramel with a small bitter. It says it is trocken (dry) but there quite some sweet in there. Sours enough to match it. Petrol is just around the corner. Faint smell but not in the flavour.

Jan 19th, 2017Peachy nose. Very nice complexity for a really inexpensive bottle therefore highly rated. Quince and a tad of bitterness - Elderberry! Good acidity starting to develop the old Riesling character some people deceive as fresh cut garden hose - long - a steal 💥.
