Very clean and stone and mineral nose..yard and dry almost dry vermouth slight spritz!

Surprise hit at the Thanksgiving table, bright and crisp and full of acidity and citrus and minerals. 1L bottle, and gone before you could blink.

Solid and straightforward, citrus-y dry Riesling. Cheap :)

So light. Mild effervescence making it seem lighter still. Citrus. Mineralogy. Good acid. Just great.
