The fruit is not readily apparent as it was closed, but the first thing you notice are the notes of green apple followed by a touch of lemon. Would do well with briny seafood due to its minerality. Not bubbly but slightly effervescent mouth feel. Was a good pairing for my Artic char with mustard butter sauce.
