2014 is much drier than 2012, but still showing lovely fruit and clean minerality.

Lots going on here. At first, pear and yellow apple on the nose. With 10 minutes of air time it evolved to ripe nectarine. On the palate zippy acidity, loads of mineral and late summer peach flavor. Good stuff - I wouldn’t be surprised if it tastes very different a few hours from now. 🍑 ⚡️

Creamy mineralality follows a zesty lemony peach nose and tart buttery body and yes ginger in the finish. Best Riesling I’ve had, may have found a new favored varietal
