Showing equally evolved honeyed notes in the nose with a waxy whiff. Yet the pure, linear, slatey, cool minerality cuts through like a knife with just a few slices of peach next to it. Evolved yet so fresh.
On the palate this shows Spätlese richness yet it’s almost weightless at the same time. Brilliantly poised & focused with the minerality showing the way and the ripe peach with a drop of honey & sprinkling of dried herbs filling around the interesting edges.
Precise & filigrane and yet full of precision & depth. A brilliant Model riesling!
