An excellent Riesling, dry yet crisp, it still yields a fresh sweetness that doesn't overwhelm--in the way a bite of cool watermelon does. Notes of ash, pine, orange. I had this one with a tagine of chickpeas and fennel (not a great pairing for this wine)

Rich but with nice agility and snap, it shows just off-dry with Meyer lemon and a touch of fresh fennel, a terrific pairing with leftover Chinese.

I don't drink a ton of dry riesling, preferring Spat and Auslese generally. This has that warm, fruity and almost candied nose of a good spatlese with a palate that is all electric and river rock with a long but dry finish. Beurer hits hard with this one. Love it.
