Has some residual sugars, so t has a nice fruitiness but not overwhelming — 7 years ago
An orange wine, beautifully light, in the way a Riesling isn't. It was clean, delicate, like rose water. There was some definite tartness. i'd like to try this again soon — 7 years ago

This wine is long and wide. It lacked any smokiness or oakiness, in the way a Pinot Noir or País often give off a feeling of rye whisky after glows. However this wine spreads itself all through your mouth, hitting all the taste sensitive regions almost at the same time. Like a starburst. The tannins though helped give it some grounding, like overbrewed english breakfast. It would love to be served with a bacon egg and cheese--something greasy to cut through those tannins, and definitely some kind of dark red fruit to help illuminate the subtler notes this wine had to offer. Good for cooked, fattier proteins, not so much poultry or fish. — 7 years ago

An excellent Riesling, dry yet crisp, it still yields a fresh sweetness that doesn't overwhelm--in the way a bite of cool watermelon does. Notes of ash, pine, orange. I had this one with a tagine of chickpeas and fennel (not a great pairing for this wine) — 7 years ago
