An excellent Riesling, dry yet crisp, it still yields a fresh sweetness that doesn't overwhelm--in the way a bite of cool watermelon does. Notes of ash, pine, orange. I had this one with a tagine of chickpeas and fennel (not a great pairing for this wine)
