Vintage 2007 - curiosity from #pfalz made of #spätburgunder, blanc de noir ánd #eiswein picked after frost. It always amazes me that eiswein has a very high acidity. This wine has it too, with beautiful balance, roundness and a sweetness that is not boring.

Apricot, honey, orange zest bitters. Lits of sweetness and lacking the acids to compensate. Still a great glas, but could have beter.
