Pinot Blanc! Comparable to Cedric Bouchard’s La Bolorée. (La Bolorée is better but this was delicious)

R15. I’m pretty sure Pinot Blanc Champagne doesn’t get better

R2014. Pinot Blanc skalmacererat 10 mån i amfora. Skalen och kärnorna flyter på toppen och formar ett skyddande lager. Ingen pigeage, därför ej heller någon djupare färg av skalen.

Celebrating being back in our newly renovated apartment with this. Apple skins, whole lemons and Valhalla 🙌
