This was delicious. Really reminded me of an austere and mineral Chablis with bubbles. Despite is racy acid and rocky tones, it’s surprisingly ample and mouth filling. There’s a really lovely oxidative note that brings complexity. 8/2017 disgorgement R15

Pastry and apples are the main aromas on the nose as well as on the palate, crisp, fresh, tight bubbles, straight as an arrow, could use more creaminess but real good nonetheless.
Nez de pommes vertes et de patisserie que l’on retrouve en bouche aussi, acidité vive, un vin très droit, des bulles fines, très bon même si j’aurais aimé un vin un peu plus crémeux.

Total knock-out. Volumes of fine energetic bubbles tickle the nose with white flower and buttery apple pie. The palate is electric with lemon rind, custard, pineapple gummy bear, pome fruit, and a delicious, oxidative element adding dimension. Hard to put down.

Disgorged 24-09-18 /R15. Lemon curd, tangerine, golden delicious apple. Rounder than I would expect for brut nature. Balanced, charming 👍

Needs some air to really show itself with some reductive notes upon open. Then the minerality and fruit really come out punching. Disgorged in 2015.
