I've been wanting to try a Georgian wine for a long time because of the fascinating history of wine there. Made in Kveri (kind of an amphora) and buried underground for ten months. Really interesting wine.

This benefited from age and is in a great place. A tiny bit of oxidation, soft acidity, integrated tannins. A real winner and a sleeper surprise.
