Mint, seashells, lime zest, tangerines. This has so much weight. Incredible. This wine continues to perplex me. It's like a culmination of all the greatest Mediterranean coastal white wines, in a single bottle.

A rare creature indeed. I see conflicting results on whether this is all palomino/moscatel or whether it has rufete blanco in it as well. A nearly extinct grape. Weighty but with a clenching finish, ripe orchard fruit, grapefruit pit, flowers and a hint of fascinating funk. So cool.

One of the most complex & intriguing wines I've experienced in a long time. Fruity at the forefront, then herbal and nutty.

I love wines with a story. Mountain wine from Castilla y Leon..rufete blanc aka Verdejo Serrano, Malvasia and Palomino aged under an accidental layer of flor. @Casa Mono

One of the most striking and unusual wines I've had. Aged under Flor 5 months. I'm still trying to figure it out, but I Iove it

Aged under a flor-like layer. Funky and geeky nose like an earthy cider with peach and nectarine. Mineral undertone. So fun! Thanks, Holly!

Fruit forward apricot aromas with briny undertones, soft acidity and a rounder structured body with apricot and olives and lingering saline minerality.

Light skin contact bizarro blend from the mountains on Spain/Portugal border. Textural but nimble. Very well done. Pair with sardines and crackers.
